General Information:
- Within approximately 1 month as of this post we will update our server to Full Season 5 and Mu Blue Features
- This includes all features presented by Webzen and Mu Blue (Quests, Maps, Events and others).
- A small patch will be added after the update.
- This is only a pre-announcement for our users. We do NOT specify a certain date. More will be added within 1 week before the update.
Questions and Answers:
#Question: "Will I loose my characters, items or resets?"
#Answer: We do not WIPE and we will NEVER WIPE the server. Therefore all your: items, characters, resets up to the last zen are SAFE with us. In fact we will never wipe our server prior to the motto " Your items are safe with us. NOTHING WILL BE LOST"
#Question: "When will the update take place? I want to play"
#Answer: "We do not know an exact date - delays can occur. Aproximately Christmas Time"
#Question: "How long will the update be? Servers offline?"
#Answer: "Servers will be added to update only after we tested the updates privately (the admins). Once that we will add the updates that can take up to 6 hours"
#Question: "Will it be a new client?"
#Answer: "We will have a manual patch (larger one) available for old users to download. Of course full new clients will also be available AFTER the upgrade"
#Question: "I want to participate in the testing phase. Will it be any OPEN BETA?"
#Answer: "No, we will test it privately only"
#Question: "What exact features will you add?"
#Answer: "All possible features announced by webzen and mu blue + bonus ones therefore we can assure you we will be the only server with those fully functional as well as previous ones also intact"
#Question: "I am eager to play your server, can I announce my friends over this update?"
#Answer: "Yes you can inform all your friends and guild members about this"
#Question: "How can we support you since we do appreciate all your hard work?"
#Answer: "You can support us by voting for us each 12 hours or by donating to our servers to cover all hosting, coding, and other expensives"
#Question: "I want some detailed info about the updates, guides of the new events etc."
#Answer: "We will add guides after the official upgrade, therefore patience is required"
#Question: "I see some servers having Season5 on their site as title. Do they really have season5 working? Why will arieth have only after 1 month?"
#Answer: "Those sites do NOT offer season5. They probably have 1-2 tricks added to impress users, but taken by the fact that EVEN official server has got it only now, we can assure you that Arieth will be the first with fully functional REAL season5. Therefore please be patient with us"
